Will you mark the item value lower than cost so I can save on customs fee's?

Sorry, but no. Other than the fact it is against the law it would not allow us to insure the product for what its worth. Customs costs vary from country to country and are not affected by the shipping service used. Please take potential customs charges into consideration before purchasing a product. All products ship from the United States.

How long will it take to get my item?

Generally you will receive your item in 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-10 business days for International orders or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Expedited shipping is only available on a preapproved basis. If you require expedited shipping please visit our contact us page and fill out the form and we will contact you.

What happens if my package is lost in the mail?

In the unfortunate event your item becomes lost in the mail we need to be notified as soon as possible. We will immediately open a lost package case. We will issue a refund or send you a replacement product as soon as the shipping provider completes their investigation and finds the package or confirms the insurance claim. All items are insured and the tracking information is sent to the email address provided during checkout. Please understand that once we ship the item it is entrusted to a third party. If they make a mistake we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement product until they resolve it. Fortunately this is a very rare occurrence, but once the product is out of our control we are not obligated to issue a refund without first receiving the item in return or receiving an insurance claim.
